A Middle Eastern UN for that side of the world.
The right medicine.
Not a military base but a diplomatic facility like the UN in NY, with large security, but primarily diplomatic.
Each country could have representataives to each UN which could meet in either place or simultaneously. Voting would be doubled.
We can solve problems through communication.
